I enjoy working together with clients who are experiencing various hardships including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use, grief/loss and trauma. This thing called life can be challenging to say the least! Whether you’ve been dealt some tough cards, struggling with life transitions, and/or you’re trying to manage the daily stressors of life, I would like to help. My approach is warm and nurturing as I help you process and move through these tough spaces in a healthy way. My goal is to provide a natural, relaxed space where we work together and explore your problems, needs, and wants by identifying the things that are holding you back while working towards solutions to get you to a place you want to be.
The models I use are tailored to each individual client and include motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
I believe we each have the potential to manage life on life’s terms and learn the tools needed for growth and change.
