As every individual is different, my therapeutic approach translates to each client accordingly. My preferred approaches include but are NOT limited to the following: Holistic, Mindfulness-Based, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Recreational Therapy.
When I am not working, I am spending time with my Frenchie, going on nature walks and hikes or planning a road trip.
